If you wear thick glasses and have greasy hair, you’re probably spending all day working on a spreadsheet. Personally, I’m not great with these kinds of tools, but I do have a great tip for all Google Spreadsheet users.
It involves installing an extension called AISheeter, which you can find on the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Once installed, go to the Extensions menu in Sheets, then into the settings of the extension to add your keys for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Groq.

After that’s set up, select a cell and type the “=” symbol followed by the AI command of your choice (ChatGPT, Claude, Groq, Gemini), then enter your prompt and the cell references you want to include.
For example, here’s a request I made:
=ChatGPT(CONCAT(“Find a pun with this name”; A1))
And there you have it! The extension will make a call to the AI and automatically fill in your cells.
It’s super handy for saving time or organizing documents without having to mess around with macros, because macros (and mackerels, too) aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. (But they are, though!)
Until next time!
