Microsoft Edge quietly packs one of the most useful autofill systems of any browser — and its built-in Wallet is the engine behind it. Beyond storing payment cards and passwords, the Wallet holds your saved addresses and personal info, ready to fill checkout forms in a single click. Whether you need to add a new shipping address, remove an old one, or keep your address book in sync across every device you use, Edge Wallet makes it straightforward — once you know where to look.
This guide walks you through every address management action available in Microsoft Edge Wallet: adding, editing, duplicating, deleting, and syncing addresses across devices — with screenshots for every step.
ℹ Note: These steps apply to the current version of Microsoft Edge on Windows. The Wallet interface may look slightly different on older Edge versions, but the navigation path — Settings > Profiles > Wallet — remains the same.
What Is Microsoft Edge Wallet?
Microsoft Edge Wallet is a built-in personal data manager integrated directly into the browser. It stores and autofills your passwords, payment methods, addresses, and personal information across websites. The Wallet also surfaces relevant discount offers and can automatically apply available coupons at checkout — making it a handy tool for frequent online shoppers.
The Personal Info section of the Wallet is where all your saved addresses live. You can store multiple addresses — home, work, billing, shipping — and Edge will offer to autofill whichever one fits the form fields on a given site.
Manage Addresses in Microsoft Edge Wallet via Settings
Follow these steps to reach the Wallet’s Personal Info section and manage your saved addresses.
Step 1: Open Microsoft Edge Settings
Open Microsoft Edge on your computer. Click the three-dot menu icon (⋯) in the top-right corner of the browser window, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Choose the Profiles Tab
Inside the Settings menu, look at the left-hand sidebar and click Profiles. This section controls everything tied to your Microsoft account in Edge, including passwords, personal info, payment methods, and sync settings.

Step 3: Click on Passwords
On the Profiles page, click Passwords. This may seem like an odd route to reach addresses, but in some Edge versions the Wallet doesn’t have its own direct sidebar link — the Passwords section provides the quickest path to it.

Step 4: Open the Wallet
At the top of the Passwords page, click the Go to Wallet button. Edge will open the Wallet in a new tab. Alternatively, you can skip these steps entirely by typing edge://wallet directly into the address bar and pressing Enter.

✓ Tip: Bookmark edge://wallet in your Edge toolbar for instant one-click access to your Wallet whenever you need to update your saved information.
Step 5: Select Passwords & Personal Info
Inside the Wallet tab, click Passwords & personal info in the left sidebar. Then on the right side of the screen, click Personal info. Any addresses you have already saved will be listed here.

Step 6: Add, Delete, or Edit a Saved Address
From the Personal info screen you can perform all address management actions:
How to Add a New Address in Edge Wallet
Click the Add address button in the top-right corner of the Personal info screen. An overlay panel will appear. Fill in the fields — first and last name, date of birth, organization, phone number, email, street address, city, and state — then click Save.

How to Delete a Saved Address in Edge Wallet
To remove an address, check the checkbox next to it and click the Delete button that appears at the top of the list. Alternatively, click the three-dot menu (⋯) beside the address and choose Delete from the dropdown.

⚠ Warning: Deleting an address from Edge Wallet is permanent. If sync is enabled, the address will also be removed from all other devices signed in with the same Microsoft account. Make sure you no longer need the address before deleting it.
How to Edit or Duplicate an Address in Edge Wallet
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the address you want to change, then select Edit or Duplicate. The address details open in an overlay panel — make your changes and click Save. Duplicating is useful when you need a second address that shares most of the same fields, such as a work billing address that differs only in the street line.
Turn On Sync to Update Addresses on All Devices
If you use Microsoft Edge on more than one device — a work PC, a home laptop, or a phone — enabling sync ensures that any address you add, edit, or delete in your Wallet is automatically updated everywhere you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account.
Step 1: Open Microsoft Edge Settings
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner of Edge and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Go to the Profiles Section
In the Settings sidebar, click Profiles. This is the same section you visited to reach the Wallet — all account-linked features, including sync, live here.
Step 3: Open Sync Settings
On the Profiles page, click Sync on the right side of the screen. This opens the full list of data categories that Edge can synchronize across your signed-in devices.

Step 4: Enable the Personal Info Toggle
Scroll down the Sync page until you find the Personal info section. Make sure its toggle is switched On. Once enabled, any changes you make to your saved addresses in Edge Wallet will automatically propagate to all other devices where you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account.
✓ Tip: While you’re on the Sync page, you can also enable sync for Passwords and Payment info to keep your entire Wallet consistent across devices — not just your addresses.
Final Thoughts: Keep Your Edge Wallet Addresses Up to Date
Managing saved addresses in Microsoft Edge Wallet takes just a few steps once you know the path: Settings > Profiles > Passwords > Go to Wallet > Personal info. From there you can add new addresses, delete outdated ones, edit existing entries, or duplicate an address as a starting point for a new one. The edge://wallet shortcut makes the whole process even faster on repeat visits.
Turning on Personal info sync is equally important if you use Edge across multiple devices. A single toggle ensures your address book stays consistent everywhere — so you’re never stuck filling in your shipping address by hand on a device that hasn’t caught up yet.
