How to Use AirBattery to Monitor the Battery of All Your Apple Devices from Your Mac

If you own multiple Apple devices like an iPhone, iPad, AirPods, or Apple Watch, in addition to your Mac, keeping track of the battery levels for each device can become a bit overwhelming. Fortunately, there’s a simple and convenient solution to monitor the battery of all your devices directly from your computer: AirBattery.

This cleverly designed tool integrates into the macOS menu bar and detects all Apple devices connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Mac, displaying their battery levels effortlessly.

Once the app is installed, a small battery icon will appear in the menu bar. By clicking on it, a dropdown list will show the real-time charge status of your iPhone, iPad, AirPods, Apple Watch, and other devices, including their exact battery percentage.

In short, I found this tool very useful for quickly determining which device needs to be charged first.

The tool also allows you to:

  • Display the battery percentage directly in the menu bar, next to the icon.
  • Trigger an alert when a device reaches a critical battery level (20% by default).
  • Show battery levels in the macOS Dock instead of the menu bar.
  • Detect your devices via Bluetooth for cellular iPhones and iPads, even without Wi-Fi.

In brief, it’s perfect for never being caught off guard with a dead battery again!
